Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 2026. Your privacy and trading data confidentiality are paramount to us.

1. Information We Collect

When using TradeLogic services, we collect only the information necessary to provide and authenticate your tools:

  • Account Identification: Full Name and Email Address provided during registration or login.
  • License Authentication: Your exact TradingView username, required to grant invite-only script access on TradingView.
  • Payment Verification: Transaction reference (UTR) numbers and timestamps. We never collect, handle, or store credit card numbers, bank passwords, or UPI PINs.
  • Trade Journal Records: Entry/exit prices, symbols, and notes you log or upload via broker statements into your private trade journal.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

  • Approve your username on our invite-only TradingView Pine Script indicators.
  • Maintain your trade journal database and calculate your performance analytics.
  • Verify transactions and provide customer assistance.
  • Send critical product updates, version releases, or security alerts.

3. Absolute Broker Statement Confidentiality

We believe a trader's journal and execution history are private intellectual property. When you upload broker statements (Zerodha, Groww, Binance, MT4/5, etc.) into the Web Database Journal:

  • Your trade history is never sold, rented, or shared with third-party advertisers, prop firms, or hedge funds.
  • Data is processed strictly to render your personal win-rate, profit-factor, and P&L charts.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use modern browser local storage and essential session tokens to remember your theme preferences (dark/light mode), preserve your active login session, and store offline journal records. We do not employ intrusive tracking cookies.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Our indicator runs on the TradingView platform. When using TradingView, your interactions are subject to TradingView’s own privacy policy and terms. Similarly, UPI transactions are processed through your designated UPI application (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or your bank).

6. Your Data Rights & Deletion

You may request an export of your account data or request permanent deletion of your profile and journal database at any time by contacting us at privacy@tradelogic.com or through our Contact Desk.
