Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Digital Goods
TradeLogic provides digital software tools, proprietary TradingView invite-only Pine Script licenses, cloud database journals, and downloadable Excel spreadsheet templates. Because access is granted electronically and files cannot be physically returned once delivered, our refund policy reflects industry standards for digital products.
2. Monthly Subscriptions (₹499 / Month)
Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time prior to the next billing date.
When you cancel, your license to TradeLogic Institutional SMC Pro and your Web Database Journal remains active until the end of your paid billing month. No further charges will occur thereafter. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial month usage.
3. Lifetime Access (₹9,999) & Manual Excel Journal (₹99)
Lifetime Access and the standalone Manual Excel Workbook Journal are one-time payments for permanent licenses. Once your TradingView username has been granted access or the workbook has been made accessible in your account, the purchase is considered finalized.
4. Guaranteed Delivery & Eligible Refund Scenarios
We stand behind our delivery guarantee. A 100% full refund is issued under the following conditions:
- Activation Failure: If due to a technical error on our end, your TradingView username cannot be granted invite-only access within 48 hours of payment verification.
- Duplicate Transaction: If a payment processing error results in duplicate charges for the same account and product.
