1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing any TradeLogic product (including TradeLogic Institutional SMC Pro, our Web Database Journal, or the Manual Excel Workbook Journal), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Educational & Non-Financial Advice Disclaimer

TradeLogic is an algorithmic software and educational technology provider. We are not registered investment advisors, brokers, or financial analysts (under SEBI, SEC, FCA, or any other regulatory body).

All indicators, structure signals, templates, and educational materials provided are for informational and analytical purposes only. Trading financial instruments (including Equities, Futures & Options, Forex, Crypto, and Commodities) involves substantial risk of capital loss. Past performance of any algorithm or trading setup is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for all financial decisions and trades you make.

3. Intellectual Property & License Grant

Upon purchasing TradeLogic Institutional SMC Pro, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access the invite-only Pine Script on TradingView associated with your specified TradingView account username.

You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, rent, lease, or resell any Pine Script code, mathematical indicators, formulas, or Excel journal templates provided by TradeLogic. Any unauthorized sharing or commercial re-distribution will result in immediate and permanent termination of your license without refund.

4. Products, Pricing & Billing

TradeLogic provides the following official products:

• Monthly Subscription (₹499/month): Grants ongoing access to TradeLogic Institutional SMC Pro and the Web Database Journal with broker imports for the duration of active billing.
• Lifetime Access (₹9,999 one-time): Grants permanent invite-only script access to TradeLogic Institutional SMC Pro, all future v5.x and v6+ version updates, the Web Database Journal, and the Manual Excel Workbook Journal.
• Manual Excel Workbook Journal (₹99 one-time): Grants lifetime download and usage of our offline spreadsheet trading journal.

5. User Accounts & Security

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information (including your real TradingView username). You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall TradeLogic, its founders, developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our tools, including but not limited to financial losses incurred in trading markets, server downtime, or third-party platform interruptions (such as TradingView server outages).
